Motivate your kids by rewarding good behavior.
Transform your child’s behavior by teaching them virtue of being patient!
This App will help teach kids, the virtue of delayed gratification, inculcate more discipline and self-control in them.
The Stanford marshmallow experiment found that children who were able to wait longer for the preferred rewards, tended to have better life outcomes, as measured by SAT scores, educational attainment, body mass index (BMI) and other life measures.
Kids are always asking for toys or some other treat.
Even if you have all the money in world, just dont get it right away.
Make them earn it. This will help them enjoy it more, instill the sense of gratitude,
and feeling of accomplishment.
For example, if they want a toy which cost $30, set it as reward, and give them a point for their every good behavior. A reward point can be for brushing teeth before bed, five points for their home work, two for cleaning dishes etc.
As a parent you set up the reward points, and reward their good behavior and as a punishment take away their points. They see the results instantly, the reward of good behavior is a good motivator.
